The apartment is located in the first line of buildings from the sea on a hill, and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes away by walking up the stairs. (the return trip takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" can be reached in 15 minutes. The town of Scalea, 2 km away, and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and a TV.
