The setting in the alleys of Scalea Vieja is extremely evocative. Free parking is very easy to find. The house is delightful, especially the kitchen and terrace, with a beautiful view. The double bathroom is an extreme convenience. All for a great price. The house is also equipped with all the necessary utensils.

Excellent hospitality, Annarita is really kind and helpful. Very comfortable and central location. Too bad we were there for so little. We'll definitely be back.

Francesco and his family were very kind and helpful hosts. The house is in a beautiful viewpoint very close to the pollen national park to be able to make various routes in nature even during the day. We were with our dog and the huge garden of the house was perfect for her too. Tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

The location was very central for exploring the area and region. You are in the middle of the most beautiful part of the region. The airbnb was large with all kinds of cooking facilities, plenty of clean, bedding, and bright open windows. Wonderful views! Amazing patio. It was amazingly clean, spotless even. The best thing about this airbnb rental is the host. The host and is very accommodating, friendly, and is very helpful. If my scheduled allowed I would have stayed a month. I highly recommend staying at this property to anyone considering a tour of the region. I personally look forward to staying at this property in the future. Valerio made us feel his presence even though he was not physically present, giving us advice on places to visit and places to taste local delicacies. He made us find his apartment clean and equipped with every comfort, although defining it as an "apartment" is extremely reductive as it is a large house in which the memories of the adventurous life of the poet mother are preserved.

Maria Teresa's apartments are cute little houses with a beautiful spacious veranda, immersed in a beautiful garden. The accommodations are simple and functional, well furnished and complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Maria Teresa is an extremely kind host, very sociable, friendly, but above all caring. She sent us useful messages towards the end of the journey to inform us well about the way to go and she was always very attentive and welcoming. Very positive living room!

It was beautiful, quiet, relaxed, the surroundings great, the reception incredibly friendly and everything within walking distance, including the good food in Maratea.

Bianca is a super host! Friendly, helpful, always available and speaks English. The rustic house is fantastically located, quiet with nice swimming pool and beautiful views. All amenities are available. You get the playful squirrels for free😉. Definitely recommended is Gud Atelier Gastronomico, restaurant in Scario, village next to it.

Apartment on two floors complete with everything you need located inside a residence with a pool, excellent communication as the host is on site. Downtown Scalea is a couple of minutes away by car. Recommended

We were allowed to spend a week in this beautiful villa The view of the lake is incredibly beautiful. The owners and Antonio who took over the check in were always approachable and gave us great tips on beaches restaurants, etc. Regards, Family König

I visited Calabria in September, the perfect time to enjoy the region—warm days and cooler evenings. I rented a car, making trips to the stunning Dino Island caves and the breathtaking Arcomagno hike effortless. I spent many relaxing hours on the rooftop terrace, just soaking in the views. For a real taste of local cuisine, Fa Tu Pizza is a must-try; it’s exceptional. Visiting in September means fewer crowds and more serene moments, making it ideal for those looking to unwind and explore

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Monica x family problems were not present in the accommodation, but behind her people were respectful of her cousin and her partner. Really clear people and they make themselves available on everything, the day I had to leave the accommodation, the partner offered me another day. Nothing exceptional to say.

Reviewing the house would be too easy, it's wonderful and it's as it looks. Surely the highlight is the terrace where you can eat and smell both an incredible sunset and see 3 regions at the same time (Campania, Basilicata, Calabria) I would like to spend 2 more words for the owners who are fantastic people, welcome you and take care of you as if you were a family member, they prepare a welcome cocktail in the evening with very good Isabell snacks and a fantastic Giuseppe cocktail, they give you tips on where to go to the sea, where to eat and shop, always in the interest of saving you. I don't deny that at the time of saying goodbye to them, my eyes were shiny...someday I will definitely be back. We had a great stay and loved the airbnb. Massimo was a really great host! If you’re looking for a very quite place with really sweet downstairs neighbours, than you should book this airbnb. It felt like home with all the cozy plants!

Beautiful stay with a great view of the city and bay. Spacious with good parking. Can very highly recommend. Just keep in mind there is no WiFi so cell service is a must. Would go back anytime.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Mario was absolutely perfect in everything. He picked us up in a nearby place to facilitate check-in, recommended the best farmhouses and places to visit, supported and helped us with every type of request and all accompanied by his friendliness and availability. He made our stay absolutely impeccable! The house is nestled in unspoiled nature, very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. There are hammocks to relax in and also an outdoor fireplace. Ideal environment for extreme relaxation. Mario also provided us with various contacts for rafting or various farms in the area and supported us in finding places at the last moment despite the fact that it was full in mid-August. I hope to see Mario again and stay in his home again. If everything was absolutely perfect, it was only thanks to him and his helpfulness.

Spacious and light apartment with awesome sea views 😍 Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Within walking distance of Intavolata beach - very steep hill but the stairs make it somewhat easier, and definitely worth the walk! We can recommend driving to Cetraro for bars and the Agape restaurant. All the people in the area are super friendly, the mountains in the Northern Calabria region are beautiful and calm, but still some interesting places to be visited (deserted villages, some of the Borghi piu belli d'Italia, mountain walks).
