Haus Mitterbach is one of the biggest houses in Berchtesgaden (80 residential units) and offers in addition to an indoor swimming pool as well as a bicycle storage room and a laundry room. Bus stop, bakery and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The train station is 800 metres away. The parking is below the property. For the short (about 200 m), steep climb to the house you will be rewarded with a dreamlike view of the mountains. For loading, and unloading can be driven up to the entrance.

The apartment is located on the 2 floor has free high speed internet (from December 2021 5G) and is easily accessible by elevator. It is best to use the apartment for 2 adults. All day long, you will be pampered with the sun when the weather is nice. Schönau am Königsee can also be easily reached on foot in 4 km. The centre of Berchtesgaden is also a few minutes' walk away. 100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
