Monthly Rentals in Schwyz

We enjoyed our stay with Patrizia. She was very quick in responding. It was a beautiful traditional house. Although Schwyz was still chilly over Easter, the dining room (with a 5-star view of the mountains and lake!) was kept nice and warm by a traditional wood furnace. One of the bedrooms was also heated with a traditional furnace =) My husband took a bedroom without heating, but he was fine with just extra blankets. We didn’t need electric heaters, which could be rented. We knew there would be chickens on the farm from other reviews, but they weren’t as loud as I expected. My friend (a light sleeper) got woken up at 4:30am. But from where my bed was, I could barely hear them. Comfy mattresses which were just the right firmness for me. Bathroom was adequate for our group of 3 adults and 1 child, though it would have been nice to have more storage space. An extra toilet would be nice for a bigger group.

Martin welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us in detail. Also gave tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was as shown in the photos and as described. The little one also found the area around the house great for snowball fights, romping around or just playing in the snow. We lacked nothing! Everything we needed was available and the lockable garage was also a plus. Thank you for the wonderful week we were able to spend with you.

Once again I spent wonderful days in this beautiful apartment, enjoying the sun and the magnificent sunsets on the large terrace and benefiting from the great location with the direct bus stop in front of the door, proximity to the lake, shopping and restaurants. Rita is a super host. Highly recommend this place to stay.
