Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

We loved it! Walkable to the beach and into town even with a two year old. There was a huge fenced in yard that she was also able to play in which was beyond expected. This place is a true gem from location to amenities and I can see us returning here every time we come to Folly❤️

Exactly what the soul needed. I appreciate the walkability of this location and all the household amenities making my stay extremely efficient and comfortable! The well fenced in yard was also a must while traveling with my beloved dog. Absolutely would stay here again and am looking forward to my next travel into the region!

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

Bryan was truly an amazing host! This was a great space for me and a friend to enjoy a 3-night girls trip to Charleston. Location was a quick Uber trip to the downtown area which was perfect! The space is small but perfectly functional for two people! Bathroom and kitchen areas were amazing!!! Overall, an amazing Airbnb and great host! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Charleston.

The apartment is beautiful. The side porch is charming and it was so nice to be able to open the doors for fresh air and sit outside in the morning with coffee. The shower is strong, hot and spacious. The neighborhood was great- you are just a walk away from tons of places to eat, drink or shop. Would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Gordon's place. Great location and easily walkable to more local restaurants and a longer walk to French Quarter. Gordon was very responsive. It was exactly as described. Loved having coffee already there for us to enjoy in the morning. My husband enjoyed sitting outside and reading. We would definitely come back at a future visit!

This town home is in a wonderful location. Ubers are available late into the night for a fairly low fare. If you drive it’s just a short drive to downtown and you pay for all day parking and walk everywhere.

Great stay for the weekend. Very welcoming and provided what was advertised. Would highly recommend for anybody staying in the Mt. Pleasant area

Ann's place is beautiful, a great location, easy to get around. the unit is impeccably decorated and super comfortable, I wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was very clean, Laurie was a great host and included so many extras that someone might need. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome.

Jackie and Duncan really deserve to be called super hosts. They were very welcoming, kind and attentive to our needs as senior citizens. They also seem to provide their guests with the privacy one may want while on vacation. My husband and I can say they made us feel very comfortable and they seemed to be pleased to be our hosts, The description and the pictures of the property are very accurate. The garden in front of the units is very well kept and makes it inviting. While there, my husband and I walked everyday to downtown through charming older neighborhoods. Bikes are also available upon request and we made use of them twice during our stay. By the way, we slept very well. The place suited our needs very well and is well equipped. Nancy’s place was just perfect for our family to have a home base during a long weekend of wedding festivities. Everything was great. Location fabulous. Nancy was very responsive and friendly. Her doggo Trixie was also a delight! I highly recommend this Airbnb!

The location was perfect, with all of the great amenities at the Hilton Head resort! Walking distance to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jason and their property highly enough. The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for a relaxing weekend away with a couple of friends and we had the BEST time! The condo is perfect and it’s so convenient with the beach and pool just steps away!
