A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Vacation on the green beach of the Spree near Berlin

We rent a spacious, simply equipped apartment with two large rooms, kitchen and bathroom in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. This includes a large balcony with a fantastic view and a large, wild garden with two swimming spots, a rowing boat and a trampoline. Here you can, for example, swim, go boating, jump on a trampoline, hike, swing, cycle, cook, fish, grill, do nothing, work in peace, in short: take a holiday.

This wonderful new 120 sqm penthouse apartment with fireplace + 220 sqm water property + terrace and garden sauna (first water line + quiet location) with boat mooring and underground parking and stand-up paddle boards. Distance: 7 min walk to Grünau S-Bahn station and 20 min to Berlin City. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy for 6 people. Thus, a private boat tour in and through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for an individual. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. My house is about 15 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city center of Berlin in about 45 minutes by train.
