Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Cozy Home

The small house (maisonette) with a magnificent view as far as the Vosges Mountains of France is located on the outskirts of the small town of Herbolzheim, directly in the foothills of the Black Forest. From here it is a stone's throw to the vineyards behind. The wine region Alsace, the amusement park "Europapark" and the water park "Rulantica" (10 min. away), the Europa-Park Golfclub Breisgau and the Black Forest (National Park) are great destinations from here.

La Casa Holzwiesen: A cozy and romantic self-catering wooden house between the northern Black Forest and the Swabian Alb in the district of Tübingen. Holiday house in the middle of the Black Forest, about 8km from Freudenstadt. Ideal for both nature lovers and hiking people, as well as families who want to enjoy peace and quiet. Starting point for great excursions (Europapark Rust, Strasbourg and Alsace, Baden-Baden, Karlsruhe, etc.) or hikes and leisure activities nearby. The Black Forest National Park is a few minutes away by car, and a wolf and bear park are also within easy reach.

Tastefully decorated holiday home (our 'forest house''); NB: in July and August only bookable from Friday to Friday. The house is located in a non-commercial holiday park with a communal swimming pool on the edge of the forest with a view over the valley. Recently completely renovated while retaining the rural character and equipped with all amenities. Ideal for a forest holiday in summer or winter.

Maison de charme de 1850 - Strasbourg - Neudorf

Detached house in the Neudorf Musau district of Strasbourg, completely renovated! Ideal for winter, staying warm inside by the fire ... and for summer, enjoying the outdoor space around a BBQ. Staying in Neudorf is a way to visit the city center easily while staying in a quiet area nearby. It takes 15 min by car, 25-30 min by public transport and 15 min by bike. Europapark is a 40 min drive.

Enjoy this cocooning accommodation that offers good times in perspective (10 minutes from the city center by car and 20 minutes by public transport). This is a "real" Airbnb, it is my home and not a "sanitized" apartment intended solely for vacation rentals. I'm counting on you to return the apartment as you found it. No smoking in the house and no shoes in rooms with hardwood floors.
