Experience lovely nature at cozy farmhouse! The cabin is located by itself on the edge of the forest overlooking the whole of Østre Gausdal. Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

In Gausdal, 15 km south of Skeikampen and 25 km north of Lillehammer, you will find Holthaugen Gard. Here you can stay in quiet and peaceful surroundings, with short distance to various experiences such as Skeikampen, Lillehammer, Hunderfossen and Lekeland. In the summer, there are hens, pigs and cows walking around in various areas on the farm here. In winter we often have visits from deer and moose. In the grandmother house at Holthaugen Gard it has always been both heart room and shelter, and now we welcome you as a guest with us.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Please bring your own. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

Driving distance from Oslo is 210 kilometers / 2h 25m / from the airport about 2 hours In winter, you can go straight out on ski slopes that are connected to an extensive trail network.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.
