INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.
