Loft vacation rentals in Seine

What a great little studio in the heart of le Marais!! The apartment is on a quiet street in the midst of a bustling neighborhood with tourists but also lots of locals, many of whom became recognizable to us after a week. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, though the bathroom and loft might feel a bit cramped for someone nearing 2m/over 6 ft. We were there during a particularly warm week, and the apartment stayed comfortable thanks to its north-facing window and a fan. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to groups of two or a couple with a small child.

Margot is an outstanding host! Her apartment is beautiful, charming and comfortable. You feel like a real Parisian when you stay at her place, conveniently located in the hip, cool (but not overly “touristy”) Sentier district. Check in was a breeze, and Margot’s local recommendations were fantastic! We can’t wait to come back!

Maria is a very organized and active host. All information was available to us in time. Maria was always reachable. Fantastic apartment with Emily in Paris feeling. Great connection to bus and metro. Apartment is well equipped. However, we "only" stayed and were there little.

We loved Catherine's house. The house has a lot of personality and has very well accommodated our family of 7 people in the 3 bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen are renovated. There is also a toilet that helped a lot. The shower is very nice. The hall is very wide and ideal for resting and socializing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is very good and has all the utensils. The washer was also very useful for a long stay. Catherine is very friendly, welcomed us very well, made us feel at home and was very flexible with the check-in time. The apartment is spacious, quiet, bright and cozy. As described in the listing, there are 4 floors of stairs, which can be difficult for those who have mobility problems. It is 3min from the metro station (Goncourt) and 10min of the République station, which gives access to several lines. There are many restaurants, markets and bakeries nearby. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We will definitely stay at Catherine's apartment again.

We had a great time here. The beds are very comfortable and the location was amazing. The area was filled with many cafes, bars, and restaurants. Despite how busy this part of town was, the place was very quiet at night in the apartment. The only downside we experienced was the laundry. We stayed for two nights and could never get access to the shared laundry because it was always in use. The machine takes 6 hours with each load, and the neighbor did many loads, and you are not supposed to use it overnight. So every time we looked, which was every time we were in our room, there was already a wet load turning in the machine. We had hoped to wash one load to catch up on laundry but never could.

Best locations we've had when we've been to Paris. Especially mtp food and wine experiences. The apartment is small but very space efficient and the backyard is a green oasis.

We spent 10 amazing days at this Paris Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to great eats and metro stations. The host was fantastic—very helpful and attentive. We felt really cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris. We’d love to return!

Fantastic apartment in a walkable neighborhood with access to the canal as well as multiple metro lines and restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bookstore, pharmacy, grocery...all you could want or need. Justin is incredibly responsive. Valerie is a warm and helpful person our family feels grateful to get to know. Highly recommend this and hope we can be fortunate enough to visit again.

lovely place, cool with Spa and sauna

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Emma’s loft apartment. Well located, and seamless to check in and out. Everything was as described and all was clean and tidy. Great little details such as bathroom items, bottled water for our arrival, etc. Emma was excellent with communication, and helped us out with extra towels when requested. Thanks for having us, we’d love to be back!

Spacious apartment, very pleasant host

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. Close to the Eiffel Tower, big bus tour, seine river cruises and more. Eric was easy to communicate with and provided great information on restaurants and public transportation. His place was comfortable for three adults. I would recommend his place for your stay in Paris.

Very nice apartment,very well arranged and very functional. Very well located , metro access 5 minutes walk, bakery at the foot of the apartment Lirane very attentive and responsive to questions . I stayed in Marie's apartment for a month for professional reasons. As soon as I arrived , I felt at home , the apartment is bright and quiet and was 10 minutes from my place of work. To be done again if I ever had to rework in Reims!

I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this spot. It’s pretty easy to get to the city, you can rather walk to the station or take the bus that picks you up right in front of the home. Lovely open concept kitchen and Dennis is friendly and helpful and caring, if you need anything don’t hesitate to ask him. Be mindful that you’re sharing the space so be respectful of others and note that there are people coming and going from the common areas but everyone is very respectful and kind. I would stay here again.
