The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. First floor apartment, with a small entrance area, a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly bathroom facing southwest and a large bright room, which gets its special charm from the huge arched window. The view of our private courtyard, with traditional round timber and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side provides bright light flooding. On the southwest side is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities. Renovated in 2022.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable on about 60 square meters. Sustainable and natural materials were used and, for example, the field stone construction method has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house gives a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.
