Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date.
