Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Bridlington Links estate consists of an 18 hole golf course , driving range, clubhouse serving food and drinks and gymnasium. Our lodge has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,open plan kitchen/dining and living space and comes with WI-FI , 2 smart TVs with Netflix preloaded and a Google home. A rustic cosy cabin in the grounds of our private garden. A perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Your own private access, double bed, towels, tea, coffee, kettle provided. There is a bar area to sit and relax and a secluded sun trap to catch some rays. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and town. Lovely coastal walks close by in Sewerby and Danes Dyke. Also Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve to see the amazing birds that gather there.
