Lovely 1 night stay before a trip to Flamingoland with the family. Great value for money and lovely location. Very homely and cosy and clever use of space.

We had a fantastic few days at Holly Cottage, they really have thought of everything! Instruction videos, chargers by the beds, lovely welcome tray of goodies and wine. The cottage is so tranquil with loads to do nearby. We highly recommend the museum quarter and the fruit market area in Hull as well The Deep and Beverley. The garden and hot tub are also great. A few people had mentioned rules in the reviews but they were all just sensible advice and common sense and not an issue whatsoever. We loved our stay and will be back, thanks so much for a lovely break ⭐

Great idyllic place for a relaxing unwind. Very clean and everything catered for. Simon and Lynne were very hospitality and checked on us that everything was ok. Took our 2 dogs who loved the field next to the cottage and also the privacy we had. Would definitely consider returning

Just back from the most relaxing weekend we’ve had for a long time. Gemma’s cottage is beautiful. It’s clean, modern and has everything you could ask for. We visited the pub opposite for meals and everyone was so friendly. We just loved our time there! Gemma is a great host, she is responsive and so kind. When we’ve stopped in other places the rules what you can and can’t do are sometimes quite off putting (I understand it’s your home and you want everyone to respect it though) Gemma is so laid back and this I think makes you respect the space and house more (well id like to think most people are the same as us) so we felt very relaxed. The hot tub is great and amenities. We are definitely coming back for another relaxing weekend. Thank you Gemma xx

The cottage was lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and warm. The real selling point for us though were all of the activities available on site. More than we got value from to be honest and a future stay would be longer. Perfect escape opportunity for a group of families as you have your own space but also plenty of communal areas and lovely grounds. Also not far to Malton. Pretty town and well served by independent shops/cafes as well as supermarkets.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here recently and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The cottage is set in a beautiful location with amazing views and lovely decor. The hot tub and the wood burner were lovely touches and made our stay very comfortable and cosy! It's situated in a great place if you're planning to explore the nearby towns and cities too. The house was very clean and had lots of room . We loved the hot tub and the BBQ. The house was on a small housing estate backing on to a field. Good for a girls catch up get away. The outdoor space and furniture was tired … but it is early in the season . Good value and well placed to visit York.

I wish we lived there. What a gorgeous location, views and homely accommodation. We all instantly felt at home, comfortable and amazed by the views. Kitchen was super well equipped and the sofa and beds were super comfortable. The cottage added to our magical stay in Robin Hood's Bay. Location is perfection. Away from the crowds but close enough to avoid "that hill". Parking was great too. Really recommend this stay for families of all ages and couples, or friends.

We had a lovely stay at Owl Cottage this weekend, while we were in Yorkshire for a friend’s wedding. The house was easy to find and well equipped and the host was very accommodating - thank you!

A perfectly equipped cosy cottage for a North Yorkshire stay. Very peaceful, very comfortable and a great private garden too. Lovely towns all around and the awesome Dalby Forest just up the road - perfect for walking & cycling.

Lovely cosy cottage with a great open fire which is quite rare to find nowadays in a great location (very near the local shop and the Laurel Inn. Emma was a very responsive host and was very proactive when there was a slight issue with the main water.

The cottage was exactly as described and location is perfect to get to Whitby! Even though there is no parking directly outside we found it easy to park and it is on a main road but this didn’t bother us at all and didn’t affect our sleep etc. The house has a lovely enclosed back space which was perfect for us/our dog and the kitchen had everything we needed. All in all, a great stay!

We had such a lovely time staying in this beautiful Airbnb in Robin Hood’s Bay. The location was perfect - picturesque, and just a short walk to everything we needed. Mark and Aaron’s home is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a real home from home. Communication was excellent throughout, and we felt truly looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, actually we will return - thank you for a wonderful stay!

An amazing place and great value for money. Perfect location, everything that we needed. Communication was brilliant. Everything was very simple. We loved that the place was totally equipped for our 14 month old daughter who had the best time making memories. We will definitely be back. We feel totally relaxed after our stay and are super grateful.

Absolutely spot on — hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was sound, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. Ideal setup for a group of lads — loads of space, proper comfy beds, and a top location. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the relaxing outdoor seating area in the sun. Emma was a fantastic host and we were really impressed with her proactive approach and communications. The cottage itself was perfect and well equipped and we all really enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent base for us to explore the area and we had a lovely few days away. A real gem.

Perfect for our needs, the downstairs bedroom was great for elderly Grandparents, really well equipped house and enjoyable break. We walked along the beach to Filey at low tide, recommend Ingham fish and chip shop. Communication from Victoria was excellent 👍
