Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

A Gathering Place in the Valley

This is a modern yet homey space. Downstairs has a gourmet kitchen. Gas stove top, double ovens and dishwasher and concrete counters. There is a half bath on lower level. Beautiful yard with decks and plenty of seating. Upstairs is a big open loft space. Has 3 full size beds. Great for a couple, a family or a group of friends. Has an amazing ensuite bathroom with a huge shower with a giant rain head. Has 2 decks overlooking the beautiful yard with plenty of seating A place to remember.

The North Star Dome

Unplug & reconnect with nature. The Dome is nestled on our farm's off-grid hilltop. Tremendous mountain views, peace, and animals to visit! This is CAMPING, elevated with comforts. We provide the climate controlled dome, comfy bed (BYO sheets), griddle, and basic supplies. You bring: Queen size bedding, drinking water, cooler, & firewood. Outdoor shower OPEN till October 1st.
