Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sherman

This was a great spot for us down at Lake Texoma, you can tell Rikki put time and thought into making sure it was a fantastic spot. I will say I especially loved the dog room as it was perfect for some morning coffee, reading, and being with the dogs. I would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Our stay was relaxing and the home was impeccably maintained. We were close to downtown and to our friends; it was so convenient. It was so nice to come downstairs to the kitchen in the morning and have morning coffee sitting outside on the porch. It was one of our best stays in Denison and we will be back!!!

My dog and I had a great stay here! The miniature horse on the property was very friendly and will follow you around for pets. My dog spent most of her time watching the animals either through the window or outside. She even got to hang out with the horse by the fence. The space was very clean and relaxing. The property is easy to access as well

Our family’s stay at Lilac House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we drove onto the secluded property to the minute we walked into the warm and inviting home, we knew we were in a special place. Rosemary’s home was exceptionally clean and stocked with games, a tv ready for your streaming services, beautiful handmade quilts throughout, heated toilet seats with bidets, a Blackstone to cook your meals, a washer and dryer with detergent to use, and a fantastic screened in porch to enjoy your beautiful surroundings. She thought of everything, and we needed nothing to prepare our family meals in her well stocked and well equipped kitchen. Cabinets throughout were labeled and easy to navigate. Rosemary was incredibly responsive and patient answering all of our countless questions. She was wonderful to work with. Our family of 5 plus our two dogs enjoyed a memorable stay at the Lilac House. We highly recommend Rosemary’s Lilac House and would unequivocally stay there again.

Definitely home outside of home type deal, very nice recently remodeled so it seems. Would recommend and stay here again.

The place is exactly as described! As soon as you walk in you have lovely basket of goodies for you which was so welcoming! The back porch you see lots of nature. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you so much!

Shannon gave perfect recommendations for food as well as fun things to do in the area. Her accommodations were five star, the apartment was clean and fully stocked! They restocked the firewood every day while we were out to make sure we had it in the evening time. She took us on an awesome ride throughout the property to meet and greet and feed the cows and donkeys and pigs, etc. Shannon was wonderful! She did a load of laundry for us, even though the washer and dryer was not included with our stay! Highly recommend

Second time booking this rental and I still love it. Christine is again always so easy to communicate to and the house is yet again open, welcoming and beautiful. Close to town but far enough to feel like you rented a getaway.

Very nice place to stay. Good location easy to find and quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean. Backyard was great for my little dog and nice area for a walk.

We enjoyed our stay in Aubrey! The home was beautiful and perfect for the eight of us. There was plenty of room, and we appreciated having the third bathroom. The area is peaceful and quiet. The coffee bar and other amenities were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a place where I could have some peace and my dogs could stretch their legs. I never dreamed I would find such a perfect and beautiful spot. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Christine was responsive, kind, proactive, and more. The house had everything I needed, and it was the most relaxed and comfortable. I have felt in a long time. I loved it so much I booked again! If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from it all close to the DFW area you cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

He was super helpful and responsive we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This place was perfect for my little family. Secure gate for our pet…cleaned to perfection and the neighborhood was quiet. Definitely felt like home away from home. I had everything I needed at hand. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. We enjoyed the porch area as well. We watched neighbors exercise walk their dogs etc. while our children played outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation here.

I can't express in words how perfect this place is. Must stay to believe. If you love nature and quiet as we do you'll be happy there. Stocked with everything you could need. Spotlessly clean! Felt like home. Would be happy to live there! Constant beautiful bird watching, all kinds of games and activities for adults and children. Grandson caught fish in the pond and son called in a turkey. There was even a pair of geese with babies that entertained us one full evening.

I would and will get it again in the future, it is like having a home, and they always answer back when you need them too.

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

We absolutely loved the backyard. We came to enjoy our days off, relax, and do some gambling. Only a short 10 minutes from Choctaw and extremely close to the lake. The backyard was where we spent most of our time at the house. The trees were perfect shade and it’s a nice clean backyard for our pup ❤️
