We are 1 mile from Palmetto State Park which offers hiking, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing. Downtown Gonzales is only 15 mins away and gives a great glimpse of Texas history with museums and the downtown square. Ottine Mineral Springs is 2 miles away and offers a spa experience centered around thermal mineral springs. The choice is up to you!

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

Situated in the country, deer, and other wildlife are usually around. Fire-pits and BarBQ grills are available for guest use. Sleeps 5 if all available bedding is used. Bicycling and 4 wheeling can be done on the property.
