It is a 4 LDK type home, with 2 rooms on the 2nd floor for guests. Room 1 (12.69 m ²) & Room 2 (10.56 m ²), they are Western-style rooms with flooring and a veranda. There is always only one group of guests and there is no sharing with other guests. There is plenty of sunlight. We take care to help guests rest from their travels. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the residence is quiet both day and night. There are no particular places nearby that are recommended to visit, but you can enjoy a walk around the many pear orchards in the area. Andersen Park, which is currently popular, is a 7 to 8-minute drive away. The park is popular among both men and women of all ages for its rich nature and its low entrance fees. Walking a bit further, it is also convenient for Tokyo Disneyland & Sea and Makuhari Messe. The residence is accessible from Narita Airport (including a car transfer from the nearest station) and you will arrive at the house in about an hour and 20 minutes. (The nearest station is Takane Kodan Station on the Shin-Keisei Line. Reference The house is located on a hill, so there is no flooding of roads or houses due to heavy rain. In addition, the house is built on a former forest site and is a building based on earthquake-resistant design. (No earthquake damage in the past)

There are "Japan's largest DAISO", "Don Quixote", "Tobu Department Store", etc. There are many supermarkets, convenience stores, various shops, and delicious restaurants, which is very convenient. In addition, you can have various experiences in each of the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn, and winter, such as strawberry picking and cherry blossom road in Ebegawa. This Mimihaus Makuhari is located in a very convenient location, 1 minute from Keisei Makuhari Station and 4 minutes from JR Makuhari Station, between Narita and Tokyo. It is also about a 5-minute taxi ride from Kaihinmakuhari Station, where the limousine bus from Narita Airport arrives. There is also a large supermarket, Ito-Yokado, and Japan's largest shopping mall, Makuhari Seaside Park, which has a Japanese garden, making it very convenient to get to Makuhari Messe and Tokyo Disneyland. We also have two bicycles available for guests to use for strolling around Makuhari. Feel free to use them during your stay. (Please be sure to lock them to prevent theft) In addition, the room has a queen bed and a "kotatsu" (a low table in the summer), which is unique to Japan, where you can sit comfortably on the low sofa and watch TV or eat. It can accommodate up to 3 people because you can pull out the futon and sleep next to the kotatsu. (Please note that it will be quite cramped if you have a lot of luggage) You can enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing a Japanese kotatsu (a tatami mat room heater, or a chabudai in the summer).

As it is limited to one group, guests will only see guests in the same group and not other guests they don't know.　　　　　　　　This is the best place for all guests to enjoy themselves. Please come with everyone. Close to Narita Airport, Narita Mountain, shopping mall, and sake factory. We will pick you up and drop you off by car to the nearest station, nearby shops, etc. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, so you can rest assured for longer stays. Limited to 5 people per group, but we can accommodate up to 8 people. The nearest station is a 10-minute walk away, but we will pick you up free of charge by car to the station where you can take the express train to Tokyo Station and Narita Airport Station.

This room is a one-room apartment. Guests have exclusive use of a 7-tatami bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The room has a double bed, table, chairs, and TV. Free WiFi is also available, so you can use it for remote work. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, electric pot, frying pan, pots, and dishes, so you can cook for yourself. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, hair dryer, face towels, and bath towels. A convenience store (7-Eleven) is located just 4 minutes away on foot. We lend bicycles for free. The host also provides a taxi booking service for those who wish to use it. We're here to help you enjoy your trip to Japan!

We only accept one group each day. 35min/580JPY from Narita Int'l Airport to Katsutadai station on Keisei line, no transfers. Then 3min walk from A1 south exit to our house. A lot of restaurants and shops around here. Microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle are availale. Toilet, washing machine, shower room are next to the guest room. The host family, and cats stay on the 2nd floor.
