Ganz in der Nähe des Standortes, am Fuße der Wimitzer Berge befindet sich auch der idyllisch gelegene Goggausee. Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

We built a log cabin in the Canadian architectural style. These houses are ideal for families. Are you looking for something special for the family? Are you thinking of a cozy alpine hut? With us you can spend an unforgettable vacation with family and friends! Rest and relaxation at 1,250 m above sea level - with an enchanting snowy landscape in winter and wonderful natural impressions in summer. The ski and hiking area is right outside the front door.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The Haidensee catfish

Welcome to "Das Haidensee"! "Das Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which is a unique swimming lake with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special vacation experience are guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and lovingly furnished.
