This was my second time staying at a property under Grahame and it was just as amazing as the first experience - the cabin was extremely easy to find with signage posted, the view of the lake was stunning and the view of the stars at night was very clear. It was an incredible weekend away and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway spot

We had a great stay at West Hawk for a weekend in March with our group of 8. It was a beautiful cabin with amazing views. The hot tub and pool table were a great addition for a winter stay and our group enjoyed the open concept living spaces with plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend bringing all food basics you need if you are planning on cooking in the space as we forgot some things. Overall would definitely come back for another stay, would love to use the dock in the summer.

The Citadel is a beautiful place and the cabin was really cozy. Grahame was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We really enjoyed canoeing on the lake and having bonfires in the evening. The sauna is a really nice amenity. The website for booking watercraft, the sauna, and firewood was really easy to use and a nice touch.

Very nice place to enjoy nature. Location was very good. We had a great time and the sauna was a plus

Amazing place to go with your significant other, cabin was so nostalgic and cozy. Beautiful view of the lake and even more beautiful on it, even though we didn’t catch any fish, we went in dog days, we still had an amazing time exploring. Grahame was an awesome host and responds very quickly with any info you might need. Thank you for a great getaway!! We hope to be back!

We loved this place from the moment we drove into the driveway! Very peaceful serene location and I’m sure it would be even nicer in summer (there was still lots of snow and ice so outdoor activities were limited). The house is so big with so many different sleeping options and several different lounging areas so for our group of 11 ladies, we never felt crowded and had options to all hang out together or in smaller groups. The kitchen had everything we needed, the fridge was big and the stove and oven were also adequate to do all our cooking and baking for all meals. There were plenty of towels and the beds and bedding were very nice as well. This place was perfect for our group and I hope we can rent it again. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

The Citadel is on one of the most peaceful and beautiful lakes we’ve ever seen in lake of the woods. Loved the multiple docks that provide some extra privacy and the sauna and hot tub are fun perks. Grahame is a great host who’s always on hand to help out.

We had an amazing week. Great cabin with a beautiful view. We had a lovely stay. The only downside is that you can’t really swim off of the dock. It’s a bit weedy. But the cabin was exactly like they said. It has all of the amenities that you will need. It was quiet and very clean. A great rental.

We had an incredible time at this cabin. The surroundings were stunning, offering complete peace and tranquility. Dianne was fantastic, so accommodating, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we will absolutely return for another stay!

We have stayed at Hank’s several times and it is always fantastic! It is so cozy and inviting.

What a great find for our annual fishing trip. The cabin was roomy with plenty of space for gear and people. The view is amazing. This cabin had all the amenities needed, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and warmth! Considering the temp was -25°F every night, that’s important. 🤜🏼 The local assistant Garth was also a treat. What a nice guy, helpful, and had great tips. We had a fun 5 night stay.

Ashley was an amazing host! We needed to make a last minute reservation and she was able to get us a cabin right away along with an early check in! The cabin was beautiful and right on the lake. We loved having access to mutiple boat landings and being able to have fires at night. Very cozy and quiet area. We plan on going back this winter and making it our new summer vacation spot!

Beautiful property right on the lake run by a lovely, friendly couple and their pup, Jack, who kept my dog company! The cabin is exactly as it looks in the photos, and is a perfect escape if you just need some time away. Cliff was onsite for most of the time I was there and was so friendly, asked me if I needed anything when he left for town and brought out a canoe for me to explore the inlet. This is a small community where loyal visitors have been coming for years, so it felt safe and friendly. The cabin was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed—and an awesome deal for the location and company—but like others have said, it’s not a fancy resort :) it’s a family-owned old log cabin. Enjoy it!

Marni’s cottage was perfect! It was in pristine condition. The outdoor space was amazing!! Marni had lots of outdoor and indoor toys for my grandkids. They loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was outstanding and Marni was always available for questions. We absolutely loved this cottage rental ❤️

Cozy cabin by the lake! I had an amazing overnight stay here. I was looking for a peaceful and relaxing evening, and this place was perfect. Brandy is warm and responsive and set up the cabin with everything I needed. They have 6 acres of land which was perfect for my dog who enjoyed some fetch and off-leash play time in the morning. Only thing I wished for was more sunshine! Highly recommend this place.

It was exactly as described: beautiful, peaceful & quiet/private, and easy to find. It was easy to unload everything (no stairs) and circle drive. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved that there was a DVD player and movies, games and our kids loved the candy bowl that was full on arrival! Fresh baked goodies greeted us when we arrived as well as homemade muffins during our stay. Fishing was great, the kids loved swimming and using the kayak. I would highly recommend staying here. Susan and Lee were the perfect hosts and so helpful and friendly.

Bob and Marilyn were the most wonderful hosts! We were so touched by their hospitality and genuine friendliness whenever we met or communicated via text message. The cabin was just as described, so very clean and cozy - we felt right at home. We were so impressed how well equipped the cabin was - especially the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. We just have to say that our expectations were exceeded! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful lake view from every room! It was so convenient to have the additional sleeping cabin available, and so close to town!

I have been coming to this camp for years. we have stayed in several of the constantly improving cabins. They are always clean and in good working order. The scenery of Eagle Lake is incredible! Rob goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. 4 generations of our family have stayed here. if you are looking for the perfect, secluded getaway, this is it! theses. cabins have everything you need. If not, just ask. Definitely a home away from home. The pristine wilderness and incredible sunrises are incredible! Once you stay here, you'll want to keep it a secret except from close family and friends. I will Keep coming back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The outdoor shower was a major highlight. We spent many hours out in the canoe and the rowboat, and we didn’t see a single soul the entire time. Robert was lovely and responsive. The cabin was well stocked and clean, and the views were amazing. We brought fishing gear and caught many bass. We saw many turtles, a beaver and lots of different birds. The hike in was moderately difficult and much of it was up hill. We brought our own wagon and used the pull cart Robert supplied. Wear good shoes! It was so worth it though. We’d highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise!

Can’t say enough about this rustic cabin getaway. It’s located on beautiful lake. It was quiet and peaceful. Brant was an amazing host, and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven!

Loved our stay! The cabin was clean and cozy with everything we could need. The beds were super comfy with quality bedding and linens. To top it off the surroundings were stunning! So great to have access to the private beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Chris and Nicole were simply awesome! Not only were they always available and super kind, but they also know how to fish the Indian chain and many surrounding waters if you want to explore. Cabin was super clean and the view from cabin was breathtaking. My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend!🎣
