Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Am Wasser gibt es einen SUP Verleih und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!
