A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a nature plot secluded from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

The stable in old cozy Skanör

In old Skanör there is this guesthouse which more than 100 years ago was a stable. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is its own secluded seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. All bed linens, towels and cot can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, Ica store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.

Newly renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both barbecue, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available in case you would like to rent for a longer period of time.
