A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Welcome to stay in a private part in one half of the house with its own entrance, access to two spacious bedrooms, a living room with sofa, TV and dining area, large bathroom with both bathtub and a large shower. There is a kitchen in combination with a laundry room and a spacious hall. I live in the other part of the house with my two children. The house is close to nature and about 10 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. Bus stop is about 800 meters from the house, ICA, pizzeria and health center about 2 km

Relax in this unique home at Västerbotten's largest lake. Look out over the lake, hike, fish, paddle, sauna, swim. Enjoy the garden and nature in the hilly landscape. Here is a calm to land in. The barn was built by my early 1900s ancestors. We have furnished it with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and loft. Longer stay gives a discount. Cot on request On the same property there is Lillhuset, where we ourselves sometimes live. There is a lot to see and do in the area and we are happy to tell you.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. Holgårdens Grandfather's Cottage

Välkommen till vår mysiga Farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, säga hej till våra två hästar och besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar.
