Unique 170 m2 house with 400 m2 garden which scouts use for their meetings in the countryside. Something different, not like any other. Modest, but equipped with everything you need. Located at lake in a rural village, yet very close to city Kranj (7' by car), Ljubljana (20'), Lake Bled (30') and Postojna cave (1h). Ideal for families traveling by car since it has a central location from where most points of interest are reachable in an hour. Not suitable for a party or public transport users.

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available in the house.

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Green Alpine Nest Komenda

It is a modern appartment in central Slovenia, near the capital and the airport. It is ideal to plan one day trips around Slovenia. Appartment has a constant flow of fresh air so you can sleep in a quiet environment with closed windows. It is equipped with premium Bang&Olufsen sound system and a tv Hbo, Voyo and netflix. In the appartment you can enjoy drinking water from the pipe as one of the best water in Slovenia which comes from the source of Kamniška Bistrica.

THE SWAN HOUSE ON THE ROCK

The Swan House is an old family house on the cliff, under the beautiful lake of Zbilje. It is very unique, peaceful place, which is very good situated. The old part of the house is dated 1905. Many books, texts were written here, because the proprietor is very known anthropologist from Slovenija. So, place is good for personal research, reflections, and of course discovering the country. Beautiful view, silence, lake, swans and much more we want to share with you!
