The smaller garden is perfect for evening BBQ and offers impeccable peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and access to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

We offer a cozy apartment, located in a brick building with a total of three floors. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total area of 35 m². The interior is fully furnished with double comfy bed as well as fully furnished kitchen, dressing room and bathroom, together creating a pleasant and functional atmosphere. Location is quiet yet strategically advantageous, with access to civic amenities ( cca 5 min. walk ) and parking available directly at the building ensurinng tranquility.

It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.
