Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Bright, spacious, and comfortable 67 m² loft apartment with a large 25 m² private terrace located on a quiet lane close to Baker's Pond and Waldarena sports ground. Velden village and the lakefront are only an 8-minute walk. A special highlight is the private bathing jetty on Lake Wörthersee, which is located about 1 km from the apartment and is exclusively available for free use. The apartment is located in an apartment building. No noise will be tolerated after 10 pm. Parties are also not allowed in the apartment.

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.
