Great space. Exactly what we needed for our three day stay. Lots of room. Had some stuff already available for our use, butter, eggs, cream, scones, cookies. Linens were comfortable. Had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. We would recommend and stay here again.

Cozy private space in a safe and nice neighbourhood, close to a trail to walk the dog. Stay can be a bit on the noisier side with the highway on the other side of the bushes but did not bother us too much.

This apartment is a gem at the end of a quiet street and Robert is an ideal host - friendly and responsive. Nice touches include the modern washer/dryer, the heated bathroom floor, and of course the fantastic bookshelf that will make you want to stay longer.

Very spacious and comfortable! nice outside area with lovely birds singing. Easily accessible and lots of amenities. I would stay here again :)

My teens and I stayed at Black Otter Cove for a two days. It was such a special place and next time we would plan to stay longer. The outdoor space is serene and the views are stunning. The home itself is beautiful, clean and has so many unique touches. We loved the art inside and appreciated the welcome gift. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful two-night stay here. The space was spacious, clean, and very comfortable throughout. I especially loved how conveniently located it was—within walking distance to popular restaurants, breweries, and cafes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sooke!

A very enjoyable week’s stay. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen appliances in good condition. We prepared and ate our dinners at the BnB so could have used a few more pots and cookware. But we managed very well. Appreciated access to laundry facilities and most of all, the deck as shown in the picture. I highly recommend this AirBnB- not central Victoria but 5 mins to #17 and a substantial Mall with grocery store. We would definitely return to this BnB.

Very nice apartment in a great area of Victoria. James was easy to communicate with . I highly recommend this apartment. If I’m back in Victoria on business I will definitely try to book James apartment again.

I stayed for 1 month while working locally, overall was good for this. Location is in a new Bear Mountain development; easy access to highway but no noise from the highway at all. Given this location a car would generally be required as it is up a relatively long hill and would be a fairly long walk to stores (~5 min drive, however) and a bit tricky to access the bike trails from here. Note that traffic from this location heading towards Victoria is pretty bad from ~0630 to ~0800. Good view to the southwest of the mountains. Pretty quiet overall - can occasionally hear people upstairs at a low volume but no loud kids/dogs/etc. Kitchen was pretty well equipped for my cooking needs for the month, but if you plan to store leftovers bring some containers of your own.

A nice place to stay at while visiting Brentwood Bay. Lots of available parking along the street, a nice clean suite, and a very comfortable bed!

Beautiful location looking out into Mill Bay. Very quiet yet quite close to Mill Bay. The space had great light and was so relaxing! If I were to suggest one item is to get a dedicated water heater as the unit is attached and must share with main house; we didn’t have hot water the first night when taking a shower.

When you entered Rick and Aj’s place you felt like you were at home. It was cozy and very clean. It was spacious and had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend it!

Mark was a great host, very clean and comfortable unit, great access to a coffee shop, restaurants and the beach!

Michael provided my mother a last minute stay and was so accommodating and helpful with the accommodation of his beautiful stay. I highly recommend this tranquil and peaceful stay with creature comforts and quiet wooded environment. I have nothing but great things to say for Michael's airbnb and his very polite and friendly communication.

Tanis's place is exactly as described, everything was spotless. It felt really homey and had everything you could possibly need. It was easy to access and the street is very calm. Tanis was responsive and a great host! I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Paul’s Airbnb is the perfect place to call your home away from home. It is very clean and well kept with an amazing eye for detail in the decor. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping our coffee in the beautiful garden area. It is close to all amenities as well as being easy to find if you’re travelling from the ferry or airport. Paul and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this little gem!
