Excellent welcome. Quiet and comfortable accommodation. Great location. We had a pleasant stay. We would come back without hesitation.

Very good accommodation in a good location and a very caring host.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

A great stay. Small apartment with very good taste in terms of decoration and amenities . Upon our arrival a very clean and impeccable apartment. I would highly recommend. We will be back.

We had a great golf weekend in this apartment. Clean, well located, functional with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and it really has a lot of charm. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Great long weekend exploring Caen and surrounds. The Airbandb was a perfect base. Plenty of peaceful space to relax in between exploring. Could not access WiFi though.

The hotel is very responsive, access is easy the instructions are very clear. Great stay, I would recommend it 👍

Had a great week of vacation. The house was nice , tidy and really equipped with everything. Garden was perfect, especially to sit in the evening. Kitchen was more than complete. The shower was lovely. Personally, we didn't like the beds so much, but despite it, we would have liked to book a few more days. The area is more than beautiful, in short, we enjoyed it. Thank you

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped. spacious for a couple, we had a pleasant stay. Easy and nearby parking, unobstructed view. The bedding is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place, everything is there!

We had a great stay in Dol de Bretagne, in a quality studio where zabeth and Pascal welcomed us warmly. We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!!
