We rented this pied à terre because we had an organized wedding nearby and we found the splendid place where the change of scenery is total. , there is a pond, horses and the site is huge. Pierre is very affordable and has very good advice, a special thank you to Aurelie who managed our requests ( a wifi box for example ) in 2 minutes and always attentive. To summarize, beautiful setting. Congrats on your work and thank you again.

Very nice house for a stay with family! The rooms are beautiful, the place is quiet, with a lovely view. The outside is also very nice, although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it to the fullest. Small downside: a few flies, probably due to the proximity of animals, but nothing too inconvenient. Corinne is very friendly, welcoming and available. We recommend it without hesitation! Very nice spacious and very well-equipped house. Very clean accommodation. We were able to enjoy the many leisure activities available to us ( foosball,billiards...) which delighted our son. The spacious and fenced garden perfectly suited our dog.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

I had the chance to spend a night in Le Cocon du Sorcier and it was simply magical! As soon as you push the door, you're transported into the world of Harry Potter: every room is full of details that give the impression of being in a magical world where the decoration has been thoughtfully thought out. The accommodation is super clean, well arranged and very comfortable. We immediately felt at ease there. We see that hosts have put all their heart into this project, and it can be felt in every corner. Whether you're a fan of the Harry Potter universe or just looking for an original stay in Brittany, this is the perfect place. I will come back without hesitation! Thanks again, it was perfect!

We had a great time at Christophe and Vanessa's place as part of a family reunion for our mother's birthday. Spacious, well-equipped, ultra peaceful environment, children's safe exteriors. I recommend without any worries

Hello, here are our findings; - The host was extremely friendly, the instructions for e.g. the pool were clear and she had given tips for nearby sightseeing. In addition, there was also a bundle with nearby shops/bakeries, information about the garage, ... Great! - The house was clean, just like the linen and towels. The bathrooms were tip top in order and provided, just like the kitchen; we had everything we needed! - The pool was very nice to have during the warmer days. We did have the impression that it was not (very) heated as described, but for us this was not an issue; - The many outdoor seating options as well as in the porch are a real plus; - The house has some lower beams hanging, as well as a lower passageway living-kitchen, which was paying attention to our larger friends; - Central location between Mt. St.-Michel and Pointe du Hoc (each 1h drive). Beach and Route Submersible very nice and easily accessible with the equipped bikes!

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

We know the area well and would recommend a stay with Joseph to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed here in the last year. We chose it because of the ground floor en-suite bedroom which was perfect for elderly parents with some mobility challenges. The addition of the pool since last year is the icing on the cake! We would thoroughly recommend this house and Vanessa is brilliant, being responsive and providing recommendations.

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!
