Everything was as described. If you don’t have a car, the hill down to the village is quite steep.

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the train and Marousi downtown. Very nice and responsive hosts, fully equipped kitchen, assigned parking spot, washer. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Vari. Very nice welcome from Aris and his wife, they are always available and discreet. The place is great: Very well located 10 minutes walk from shops and the sea. 20 minutes from the airport. Also ideal for children with a ping pong table, basketball basket,... Listing worth recommending!

I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs all over the world m and this was by far the best run, best value and in the best location relative to what visitors want. Ps - For perspective on my review I’ll add that I am a picky/hard to please lawyer, and still I was extremely impressed.

Loved this place so much that we came back ! Walkable distance to the centre of the town, super clean, lots of balconies and the rooftop is amazing with 4 lounge chairs ! Krassy is super nice and answer super quickly she was also flexible on the check out. Definitely recommend

We stayed with Oleg for the second time. He is the perfect host: extremely proactive, fast communication and very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. The view from this apartment never ceases to fascinate me! Everything you could possibly need for a memorable stay is available. The bedroom is quiet and the bed delightful. We had previously stayed at another listing by Spyros and were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, service, and communication with the host. Therefore, we decided to book Spyros' place to host our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the apartment—they felt very comfortable, at home, and were thoroughly satisfied with their overall experience, including the smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, sunny, warm, and cozy, and includes all listed amenities and more. Communication with the hosting team was excellent throughout. We thank Spyros once again for the top-notch quality of his listings and his outstanding service!

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

Wow! All I can say is that this location is absolutely breathtaking. The Kamariyo Residence was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The views were incredible! The home itself was furnished beautifully and was spotless, but also very warm, comfortable and inviting. Our main contact during our visit was Ioanneta, who was wonderful to work with and so very helpful. While the weather was still a bit too cool for swimming during our stay, I can say first hand that the pool is lovely and we enjoyed lounging around it during the sunny afternoons. The landscaping in the garden shows true love and care for the property. All that I can say is I hope to come again and I highly recommend this incredible location to others! Thank you again, Ioanneta, for taking such good care of us on our visit. We appreciate you!

We stayed at the villa for six days as a family of 11 and all had a truly fabulous time. The villa is new, spotless and beautifully designed with high end furnishing. The outdoor is stunning and the pool - a real gem. The owners thought of everything, including a pool for toddlers that is part of the main pool. The rooms are spacious and indulging and the views from the villa are spectacular. There are multiple dining areas for large crowds so you could spend one meal overlooking the beautiful pool and garden and the other - overlooking the adjacent sea. Lastly, the owner George, was 100% available for us - kind, generous and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. The scenery is stunning and we enjoyed the pool area with the incredible views. Aegina town is lovely; lots of restaurants and local craft shops. Our visit to Moni island was fantastic too. The water is crystal clear. Beautiful. Nikos and his family are great hosts and we would love to return to the villa again.
