Vacation rentals with an accessible-height toilet in South-East Melbourne

The house was delightful and really well appointed. The drawers and cupboards were filled with everything we needed, and more. The bathrooms were clean, white and functional. It was great to walk in both directions to the beach, and the shops and we loved the little lane that allowed a short cut to the front beach. We got a couple of 35 degree days so the aircon was really important and worked really well. The new blue towels and the crunchy white sheets were a treat too. We loved this house and we’d stay again.

We had a brilliant stay at this cosy and modern home! The location was spot on, just a 5-minute walk to both the local shops and the lovely beach, which made it so easy to pop out for supplies or enjoy the coastal atmosphere whenever we fancied. The house itself was perfect. It was so welcoming and comfortable, and we really felt at home. The outdoor area was a real highlight - there's a fantastic pool that lights up at night and a fire pit that we made great use of in the evenings. The patio was also brilliant, with a BBQ grill and pizza oven, which made our outdoor meals even more enjoyable. Peachy Properties was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions, which made the experience even better. All in all, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Absolutely beautiful apartment, right in the heart of Melbourne. We were visiting the city for a friend’s 50th birthday celebrations and Rodger’s place was perfect. Close to everything you could want in Melbourne.

We stayed for two weeks. A really special place in a fantastic neighborhood (North Fitzroy) with everything you need. Loved walking to Edinburgh Park, the Fitzroy pool, the good grocery stores, all the restaurants and cafes. Walked or all over Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton, Downtown. Tram runs right near apartment. Carl is super nice, attentive and available. Loved the decor and all the gorgeous art/design/food books. Kitchen has high end appliances. The best shower head I have ever experienced in my life -- honestly. The high end fan in the bedroom works as well as an air conditioner. We loved our stay, would stay again, and highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a unique and vibrant part of Melbourne, and very easy to get into the city. Pete was truly an incredible host, offering clear instructions and plenty of advice on how to traverse the city for the Grand Prix, which made travelling a breeze. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment perfect for families with generous bedrooms, huge lounge area and great outdoor courtyard. The apartment was close to public transport but being at the rear of the building was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

From the easy check in process, the apartment stay delivered on expectations. The apartment is very fairly priced for the great location and facilities- Free 24/7 inner city parking (if you need it) within a few minutes walk, a very cozy, light apartment which was very well stocked and equipped. Super comfy beds. Some great bars, bakery/ cake shops and restaurants close by and easy access to the trams.
