This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

Everything with the unit was great! Clean and comfortable. I was there during UC's spring break and the neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, I am unsure about while school is in session. The last night I was there, as the students returned from break, parking became a bit of a hassle.

Our son, a student at UC, experienced an unexpected extended medical stay at UC Medical Center. My wife and I were in need of a conveniently located extended stay opportunity and Patti’s condo met all of our needs. The condo was modern with all of the necessary amenities, and was minutes away from the hospital. Patti was a proactive and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed and could focus on our son’s health.

The condo was clean, well decorated, and had all of the amenities listed. The surrounding area and neighborhood seem to be going through a refurbishment. The stay was enjoyable and worth the cost. I am satisfied with my stay.
