Vacation rentals with breakfast in South Lanarkshire

Dr Karen and James are the most lovable AirBnB hosts I've seen in the UK. We planned our holiday at the last minute and they were very quick to respond. They were in touch before we arrive at the house and wanted to be sure we arrive there safely :) Karen opened the door even before we ring the bell. She showed us the house, asked us if we are hungry and served us cookies and tea before bed- like a mum :) It felt like home. Karen and James very lovely couple with excellent communication. Furthermore, James gave us a ride to Glasgow city centre in the morning because he was worried that we might not catch the tour bus. He woke up early and even prepared breakfast for us. Just a night was enough to feel like they are my friend. If I go to Glasgow again, I'd like to stay there.

This Bed and Breakfast was perfect for our needs - we attended a wedding at Corn Hill castle and Charles was really helpful getting us local taxi numbers and even accommodating an early check in for us so we could change before the wedding. The breakfast was a lovely continental spread, and there was tea and coffee provided in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. Thank you Charles!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location right across a big park. Victoria (and Vince) are lovely. The room is nice and spacious. I felt welcomed from the moment in stepped in. I had brought my dog and was anxious because she's pretty reactive, but Victoria was very understanding and said it's no problem at all. That was great! If I ever come back to Glasgow, I'll come back!

I had a great time at Laura's place even if it was only one night. The place is amazing and the warm welcome from Laura were just perfect. I would definitely want to come again to stay longer.

This was my second stay at Bamflatt farm and it was just as perfect as last time. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The Airbnb is set well back off the road and has parking directly in front of the property so feels safe to leave a car full of stuff. I will definitely stay here again.

We are so very thankful to have stayed at Alex and Fiona's! It was the highlight of our trip and couldn't help but compare every place we stayed after their house. My son mentioned several times how much he already missed staying there. We felt so welcomed and immediately comfortable in their home. Alex made a wonderful breakfast in the morning for us that helped fuel us for the early start to our day. Alex made many recommendations of places to visit Glasgow that improved our experience. Some people may be hesitant to share a space on Air bnb, I admit I was a little hesitant myself. However, Alex's hospitality made us feel like we had visited an distant friend across the water. The home is quiet, convenient, beautiful (inside and out), and easily accessible by train. Counting down the days we can go stay again!
