Just a 15 minute drive from the Salt Lake airport and less than 30 minutes to the top ski resorts including Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, and Alta. Your stay will be in the idyllic Sugar House neighborhood, a top ranked location in Salt Lake City known for its numerous shops and eateries. The home has an excellent location just minutes off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. You'll want to explore the expansive Sugar House park and restaurants that are within a short walking distance.

The Millstream Chalet

Come relax at our unique little wooden house; an oasis right in the city. The Millstream Chalet is situated directly on a creek that comes fresh from the mountains. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

Comfort, Style, and Hobbit; blend for an SLC stay like no other! For Tall parties, you'll enjoy our top floor with 10-foot ceilings, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Futon in front of a 55-inch Smart TV, & 1 Crib. For Short Parties Venture to the Hobbit Hole for an additional 1 Queen, 2 Twins, & 1 fold-out Futon in front of a 55 55-inch TV. The Hobbit Hole is Eco Friendly. We saved material and kept the ceilings just 6 feet tall! Giant for a hobbit! Tall ones duck! Short Ceilings in the basement!

This upstairs apartment near downtown is walking distance to U of U and 9th & 9th restaurants and light-rail stops. 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor deck / outdoor patio furniture. Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No kids / pets.

Modern Cottage w/ Hot Tub Between City & Mountains

Hit the town or adventure into the mountains from this central location. Start your day off with complimentary Coffee and enjoy views of Mount Olympus from the large front window. At the end of the day unwind under the patio lights in the hot tub or relax in the open layout main room with rustic modern atmosphere and fireplace. This cottage has quirky and cozy bedrooms as well as two separate workspaces, each with a monitor, should you need to get some work done during your stay.

Welcome to the soon-to-be-famous Blue Door Sugarhouse Ski and WFH bungalow. This beloved house is available only to guests who will love it as much as we do. Within walking distance to the Sugarhouse Commons area bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the freeways, and 30 minutes to the ski resorts, this house sits in a quiet neighborhood that likes to keep it that way. If you're not the type to party all night or tear things up, we'd love to have you.

This new modernized apartment comes with a huge Gym, Pool (pool is CLOSED for the winter season, it opens up again in May), Hot Tub (open all year round), Luxury Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, Pickle Ball Courts, Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi, AND a Full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and other kitchen essentials. The mounted 55" Roku TV gives access to all your favorite streaming apps.

The Wonky Staircase

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
