Guesthouse vacation rentals in Southern Oregon

Super cute space for our one night in town. Kitchen was perfectly stocked, and we appreciated that the kitchen space was comfortable to hang out in while the bedrooms were private enough to go relax. Parking and directions were easy. The location was beautiful and woodsy! Jessica kept us up to date on everything we might need to know and was very responsive.

This was my second stay at Nate &Amrita’s cottage. It was as wonderful as I remembered. Nice setting in a residential neighborhood but easy to get where I needed to go. Nate and Amrita are quick to respond and. Gave clear instructions.

Alyce's BnB is so peaceful. It is up in the mountains and very much so private! Met Alyce one of the mornings, had a chat in the courtyard and she was a joy to talk to. Will definitely book here again in the future, thanks Alyce! -Ryan

Great little place for two. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and private area despite being a back house. The only thing is when entering the address in maps, it takes you to the side street and not to the driveway. Our Lyft drivers kept getting directed to the side street. Not a big deal but a little hard to find the place based off navigation. I loved that there’s a little market and convenience store within walking distance. I would def recommend this place or even stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay the first time, so wanted to come back for our honeymoon! Jonathan and his family were so welcoming into their beautiful home, we will absolutely be returning!

This was a lovely place to stay. There are stairs going up to the very private apartment. The views of the garden below and the trees and mountains in the distance make for a very peaceful surrounding. The apartment has lots of windows and natural light yet offers tree top privacy. I look forward to another stay.

Stan and Juris were great hosts. They met us on arrival and walked the guesthouse with us to make sure we knew how everything worked. Everything was labeled so it made things very easy. They even checked in on us throughout our stay and before we left. This is a beautiful little guesthouse with plenty of space. It could easily be a long term rental. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and other activities.

We would stay again! Wildlife is easily viewable from the windows. The bed is very comfortable. Serene is a great host!!!

Ivan's place was perfect for my purposes in Grant's Pass. Everything was clean and in working order and they seemed to think of everything. Hot tub was nice after a day of hiking. I probably could have cooked as all the things needed were there but ate out at local restaurants after hikes. Chickens are fun and I loved having them and hearing them nearby.

I really could not say enough wonderful things about this place. The cabin is beautifully decorated and so cozy and the location is so picturesque. Jennifer is an amazing host and responds quickly with any concerns. We loved it so much that we booked our next stay while we were there.

Had a great time in this unit, easy walking distance to the University!

As a solo female traveler, I'm always happy when I find an airbnb such as this - cozy, safe, clean, private, quiet, friendly hosts, lovely yard, walkable neighborhood. And it's affordable with no cleaning fee. Thank you, Greg & Marcia!

Todd’s place was absolutely terrific. Comfortable beds, super clean and great location. I was able to walk to and from dinner and have a most relaxing night. Love the layout. Love that it had a washer/dryer. And the water dispenser! Most of all, Todd went out of his way in assuring all was well. Thank you Todd for the big assist! Much appreciated!

We stay overnight for my son’s birthday party. Everything was amazing and the boys had a great time swimming and playing for hours. My 14 reports it’s his best party ever!!!

My wife and I stayed at Ron's place for our 7 year anniversary. The Rhododendron House was such a lovely little getaway for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had all of the basic amenities we needed, plus some thoughtful little extras. We enjoyed all of the activities around the area, but also simply enjoyed relaxing in the space. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in the area.

Courtenay and Rick are great hosts who are very responsive and helpful! They are friendly and the little cottage is so nice! It fits the description of being a hidden cottage since it is in their backyard but it is private and comfortable! Very nice space with just what is needed during your stay.

The Bigfoot Bungalow was a great base for exploring the redwoods. Quiet and peaceful in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent haven for two besties on a long weekend! Unit is easy to find and well-maintained - was spotless upon arrival. At time of writing (2025), has new modern plumbing fixtures and appliances. En suite bathrooms for the two bedrooms were the selling point, yet we ended up loving even more features. We were each able to have necessary phone calls in our rooms without disturbing the other's sleep. Kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with impressive variety of items - much more than listed. We enjoyed a self-curated yarn & book crawl, hit a couple local restaurants, and otherwise mostly cooked for ourselves and enjoyed the cozy quiet with the tea kettle always on. Barely communicated with host because our needs were met at every turn. Highly recommend!

Amazing place! Immaculate and comfortable, the Sleep Number bed was wonderful and the hot tub was fantastic. The bathroom is also lovely, very spacious with a great shower. There was an abundance of fluffy towels, robes, and lovely bed linens. The location is just about perfect, with horse pastures and distant neighbors, and it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Jim is a gentleman and a scholar.! Staying at his place was like staying at a relatives guest house! Really nice, polite, and welcoming! I stayed for the Eugene Marathon and plan on staying there every year for now on!

Easy drive to everything there is to do in Bend, responsive host and very clean. Thanks for a great visit!

Super cozy space, just what we needed for our little trip! I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to land for a couple of days in Ashland. The location was within easy walking distance of OSF, restaurants, shops, and both a Safeway and co-op. I really appreciated the access to shared laundry facilities (including detergent, stain remover, etc). One of the members of our party has a severe gluten allergy and the full kitchen made keeping them fed as simple as zipping to the Safeway down the block and cooking for ourselves. The hosts were responsive and immediately addressed an issue with the dishwasher (a replacement is apparently on the way). Would stay here again. The one downside for me was that the unit is essentially in the middle of the parking lot, with windows on three sides (one side facing the main building, one facing a garage, and one facing an active walkway/driveway).Even though the rental was the whole freestanding apartment, it didn't feel particularly private, especially when neighbors walked by. Perhaps not the spot for a romantic getaway!
