beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.

We met Giovanna with family outside a restaurant in the harbor area. The apartment is a short walk away with a great view over the harbor. We missed nothing in regards to interior and will stay again next time we visit Sicilia. The hosts asked us if they could help us carry our luggage as the entrance to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs from the harbor. Parking spots are available in the near area (100m diameter).

THE BEST PLACE for its price in Sciacca! I booked an apartment last-minute and got an instant confirmation. The host replied within a minute to every message. Calogera picked us up from the bus station, helped with luggage, and was incredibly kind. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. She even offered us a ride back after check-out. Calogera is the warmest and most caring person I’ve ever met. We felt at home and wished we could stay longer. I’ll definitely book here again when I return to Sciacca 🩵
