It is centrally situated in the town just off the main high street, walking distance to shops, pubs the theatre and eateries. The apartment is on the first floor so there are steps to access, there is a lovely bathroom with shower, double bedroom, quaint and well furnished living area and kitchen equipped with all the cooking essentials. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space. Centrally located, with access from the high street, this is an ideal location in the centre of historic Berwick. Only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, this makes it accessible via train and also an ideal base to explore Northumberland and Edinburgh. On entrance you can make yourself at home in the large open plan living area with a wood burning stove for cosy nights all year round.
