Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

The newly renovated apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, a very nice kitchen and living room space, a bathroom and a guestroom (which we will use as storage) The apartment is located in Rixdorf Neukoelln, very close to Ringbahn (S Sonnenallee) or U7 (Neukoelln).There is a bunch of nice bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.
