The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit. Berlin hat viele sehr schöne Weihnachtsmärkte und im nahen Tierpark gibt es eine zauberhafte Lichterschau.
