Apartment vacation rentals in Spring

Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

We love this place. It's in a slightly funky neighborhood but very safe and as we have stayed there several times, we are starting to get to know the neighbors who have been very helpful. It reminds me a bit of some places we've stayed in in New Orleans as it has very high ceilings and other feathures reminescent of that city. We hope to stay there whenever we go to Houston which is often.

Like the place the owners where very responsive with anything. Good place to stay, gated, peaceful, quiet. If im ever around the area again hopefully it’ll be available.

Everything was as stated. The extras were great. I was pleased to find coffee with a good machine, englush breakfast tea, hair dryer, straighteners, great little touches to add comfort.

Stayed June to August. Great location, great communication, AC worked well, everything was clean, no bugs. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location for our visit to the Johnson Space Center.

The apartment was private, cozy, and matched the description. Communication with the host was responsive. We had a minor issue the night before checkout, but the host addressed it quickly. Overall, the stay was fine. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-managed Airbnb in Houston.

Great host and great place! It's an easy 15 minute walk to MD Anderson Main Building. Jeff genuinely cares about the quality and comfort of the guests' stay.

Such a sweet and cozy place. Very clean and the host is amazing. We loved our stay here. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel at home. Very easy to relax and unwind here. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

The pictures was everything the place was I loved it!!! It was close and intimate just what I wanted for my partner and I. Elie was fast and prompt with greeting us and communicating. I am definitely going to visit and book again ☺️

Diana's space was so peaceful and perfect for my mom and I on our Girl's Trip. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lots of great amenities. The apartment is surrounded by a gate that is accessed by a fob provided when you check in and it makes the area feel safe and secure. The pool was the main reason we booked this AirBnb and it did not disappoint! The pool is a community pool serving the complex, but everyone was very respectful of sharing the space on a hot afternoon. We loved the whole experience and will be rebooking next time we're in Katy!

Laura was very helpful with anything we needed, the property is so beautiful and peaceful and we loved every minute of our stay!

We were in there area for a medical trip and stayed 9 nights and were very pleased! Since it was a 9 night/10 day trip we wanted and the nature of our trip we wanted a place that felt like home! Even though the apartment complex is in a busy area of town we were very pleased with how quiet it was from inside the apartment. Of course, you could hear cars drive by and the normal sounds of the city, but you could not hear tenants in other apartments! The place had great amenities and was very close to the galleria and we walked there multiple times for meals at their food court! Kobb was an excellent communicator and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay! You have to follow the instructions careful to find your room but it’s clean and in a safe area. I loved the pool and kitchen area as well. Would recommend!

We stayed at Gabriel’s place for the Houston rodeo and the location was PERFECT! Easy to find, Kroger is right next door e walkable distance to NRG stadium. We will definitely be staying there again.
