The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

This stunning one-bedroom annexe is ideally located between Falmouth's two best beaches: Gyllyngvase Beach, just a 5-minute walk and Swanpool Beach, a 10-minute stroll. Cosy and well located for local walks, the beaches, shops and pubs and of course, lunch at the Hidden Hut. Dogs are welcome and there is a private enclosed garden to the rear. Parking is also available for one car. This charming cottage is over 200 years old, and does have cottage stairs and low ceilings in places.
