Monthly Rentals in Stamford Bridge

We had a wonderful few days staying at the Cherries with our 2 young children. A quirky but homely feeling about the house which was really fun and had everything we could need including a highchair and cot. The kids loved the games room upstairs which even had a mini football table just the right size for them. It was really easy to get to the park and ride for York and Stamford bridge has good restaurants and fish and chips just five mins away. The house is immaculate, I don't know how a house with so many ornaments and curios can be so dust free!! Marion must be a wizard. 100% would recommend.

We initially booked Jo's place due to it's location being so close to our daughter's home and the very reasonable price. Jo (the owner) was very welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to find the property warm, cosy with great amenities. As a person with limited mobility, it was also very helpful to be able to park our car directly outside the door of the property. There was also a large level walk-in power shower, which was amazing! To add a note of caution...the Farm Shop next door sells the most amazing produce. A large, and irresistible range of Gins, Vodka, Chutneys, preserves and baked goods. We will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend visiting The Old Potting Shed if you're heading to Yorkshire. Rachel & James thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They realised we were visiting with three toddlers and so checked on our needs at the point of booking to ensure we had all we needed upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. It was clean, well equipped and situated in a stunning location. James popped in to introduce himself and check we had all we needed for our stay. Thank you Rachel and James for an enjoyable experience! We'd love stay again some time.

Thank you so much for a lovely weekend - we stayed as a family group of 5 for a 30th birthday break away. Becky was very helpful from the start and very responsive. The cottage was the cleanest we have been to and a beautiful home. The kitchen has everything you could need and more very well thought out and catered for. We had a lovely little hamper on arrival with local treats which was delicious and milk ready in the fridge. Would absolutely stay again - the whole group was very impressed with their stay and had a great time relaxing in the extra large hot tub ☺️ Thanks again
