Definitely a spectacular home, design, amenities, beautiful in every way. My family and I had a great time. Abraham was always attentive to us and helped us with everything requested, even though due to health problems he could not be in person, he was always attentive to us by message. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing house to rest and disconnect completely from the daily routine. Very close to the center of Malinalco (by car),however it is totally worth staying to enjoy the spaces. I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

The house is very nice and the spaces are very spacious, as shown in the pictures. It is very clean and equipped, it has everything you need to feel at home and spend a few very pleasant and comfortable days. I really liked that each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower which makes the stay much better for everyone. The space in the palapa is very nice and has everything you need so you can cook there too. It wasn't very hot so the pool didn't get very hot, however, the water was nice as until 5 or 6pm. Maria Aurora is very helpful and the attention Almendra offers is exceptional, she is very nice and supports you at all times. We only had one detail with one of the bathrooms of the Bungalo bedrooms, as it cost a lot to lower it, the button was stuck, outside of that our stay was excellent, thank you very much for everything.

I loved the space, nothing to add. Everything was excellent if maybe the water coming out of the super hot shower and I could never regulate it but from that outside I LOVED the STAY

This is the fourth faculty-led trip for gradiuate art students I have run, and we have stayed at Francisco's house each time. The house is lovely, and great for medium to large groups. Convenient to Chapultepec Park and its museums, it has been a perfect base from which to explore Mexico City.

We had a wonderful stay at one of Ricardo's properties in Mexico City. Ricardo met us on site to welcome us in even though we arrived after 1am! He coordinated a car service to Teotihuacan and while we got a flat tire on the way, the driver was very kind and knowledgeable. As a family of 5, the space suited us very well and the neighbourhood was perfect. Very quiet in the evenings with little traffic on the street. There was construction going on across the street but we don't sleep in so it was never an issue. Lots to do and see in this neighbourhood and Uber's were quick to pick us up from here. Thank you for a most hospitable stay, Ricardo. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality played a huge role in making it a most memorable trip for all of us.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent, very quiet and beautiful everything, easy access, we felt at home. I highly recommend it!

Excellent place, it is a very nice nice house and very very safe, you feel at home. Very spacious. A large garden that loved my 😍 whole family and I were very comfortable in the stay. I would definitely highly recommend it. And hopefully we'll be back soon.

We loved this place! It is very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were friendly, the pool was great, the beds were comfortable. There are some sweet dogs and a cat running around. The location is great for walking into town, and there are fruit trees and flowers everywhere on the property. I want to come back and stay longer!

We had an amazing time at Pedro's house. The place was amazing, with an amazing view, and very spacious. The groundskeeper Eduardo was very polite and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again. Gracias por todo!

Very good house, very safe, the facilities in good condition , spaces adequate pasta the number of people indicate, take towels because there is no, and for those who cook there they bring additions and spices to cook

House with all the amenities to enjoy a good weekend rest, the areas of the house very well distributed for each guest's privacy, a large pool for several people.

Wow! One of my favourite air bnb finds ever! Cristina, Robert and Jennifer are wonderful - warm and super responsive. The villa is full of history, built with love and looked after beautifully. We loved the neighbourhood and the nature all around in the garden and by the communal pool. Elegant but not pretentious, comfortable with intricate authentic details from local artists. We will be back for sure!

Divine Casa Vallesana! Maria Cristina's house has everything to make you feel comfortable and spend a few very nice days. The house is impeccable and cozy. The very nice bedrooms each one with its very spacious bathroom. The garden is very nice and the pool is great. Irene and Esteban attended us with wonder and were always attentive to what we needed. I recommend it if you want to spend a few quiet days in Avándaro, very well located and very quiet area where the house is located.

Cute, equipped and comfortable house. Great attention from Adrian and Mrs. Eva. The only detail was that the water in the pool touched us cold; we still enjoyed the garden and our stay.
