En una de las zonas más lindas y vivas de la Ciudad, se encuentra este pequeño oasis. El edificio cuenta con 10 departamentos, estacionamiento y vigilancia. Realmente hermoso, pequeño, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para descansar y/o trabajar. Techos altos, vigas de madera y pisos tradicionales de Oaxaca, tina, 1 cama queen size y un sofá muy cómodo en el área común.
