Tiny house vacation rentals in State of Mexico

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

Juan Carlos and María were lovely hosts, when I arrived they gave me a cup of herbal tea prepared with herbs from their garden. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Juan responded to my messages very quickly. I will stay with them again!

Cristina's place is a little oasis amongst the bustle of little Tepo. It is secluded and further away from the square, but easy to access and get to. We visited for a friend's wedding and loved the fact that we could return to a place that was far from the chaos. The house is as described and pictured, clean, and easily accessible. The property is well taken care of and Abu, the resident doggo, is a bonus :) We'd definitely stay at Cristina's again. Thank you for the hospitality.

It is a quiet and very cozy place, the song of birds during the day is very relaxing, the place is private and safe, very close to Valle and Avandaro.

We loved the place. They were very friendly to us, always attentive. The place is amazing. The perritas of the property accompanied us. I highly recommend. I would definitely come back.

It was an incredible experience and was everything that was promised and more. Hector and his family are the kindest and most welcoming people. Me and my fiancée both really enjoyed our stay at his place and will be definitely coming back soon

The house and garden are beautiful. The garden is very nice to take out the table and have breakfast out there. The only thing we didn't foresee was bringing drinking water and we needed a pot to boil water, but it was easy to get out with the car and find a grocery store nearby. We rested beautifully. Juan was very hospitable.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, prefect to rest and connect with nature, has beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen has everything you need and a nice terrace to make an asada carnita. Definitely a place with all wings characteristic to feel calm and disconnect from the city, with the kindness that you can go down to the village walking 5 minutes. I would highly recommend it

Everything is very good. The house is small but very nice, super clean and tidy, with new facilities. Emilio is very nice and polite. The area is very quiet although it should be taken into account that it is a little far from the commercial area of Valle and Avándaro so take all your provisions. We found a very well stocked local shop just around the corner from the house. ¡We were super comfortable! I'm sure we'll be back. We recommend it if you are looking for something quiet away from the tourist areas and the bustle.

A great place to relax and spend time as a couple

In this place you will connect with you and with the person you go. The place is isolated, but it complies with everything it describes, the photographs if it shows the facilities as they are. Please try to arrive before it gets dark so that you know how to get in because there is no lighting😉. Said super attentive from before arriving and clear with instructions 👍

An excellent experience, a very nice place. The only drawback is that I hire an extra service and the charcuterie was not as fresh as if it had been there all day. For example the cookies were aguadas! We were also given only a super slim and small bathroom paper for the two nights I was there. Lastly, they should leave checkout instructions as they did not answer me for the platform and choose to leave the keys attached.

It's true that there's a little noise in the room near the balcony, but otherwise it's excellent. We'll definitely be back.

I have had the pleasure of staying more than once in this cabin and I still think it has everything to have an amazing time. A very large grill, a fire pit, a jacuzzi that maintains an ideal temperature, a comfortable bed and the best a coating of trees that make you disconnect from the outside, as well as the security it offers when having controlled access. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Ah I don't forget to mention that the host's attention is exquisite and make you feel really at home as quickly as they react.

Amazing place to go as a couple, very quiet, great views and shared facilities make the stay very pleasant. It will definitely be our option when we return to Tepoztlán.

We loved our stay at this loft — perfect for a couple and a great home base for 5 days in CDMX. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and felt very safe. As others noted, the spiral staircase is narrow, so we left our larger luggage downstairs, which wasn’t an issue. This neighborhood is always our top choice, and we’d gladly stay here again!

The space is very nice. It has everything you need to spend a weekend in the countryside. 🌳🏕️ They don't feel like coming back to town!

We had a little bit of trouble finding the place the first day. The taxi did not know exactly where it was. Tania did send detailed instructions on how to get there which I showed to the taxi driver and we eventually got there. The house is remote, so it is much better if you have a car. We did not have a car, but there is a bus that goes by the main road twice per hour (at about the 25 and 50 minute marks). The end of the line is right there in the zocalo. Overall, the house was great. It was perfect for a couple. Tania gave wonderful restaurant suggestions and she was very responsive whenever we reached out. I had arranged for a taxi to pick us up the day we left. It didn’t show up on time and Tania was nice enough to let us wait for it in the shade on the back deck instead of outside in the sun. A half hour after check out when it still didn’t arrive, Tania called a taxi company and arranged a pick up for us. I really appreciate her kindness. We had an amazing stay.

The place is very nice! The place is very comfortable, cozy, the casita seems out of a movie and the hosts are super friendly, I would definitely go back there

I was quite surprised, it is much bigger than what you see in the photos, very clean everything and I liked that they took care of the details, the super comfortable bed and the very rich sheets, you do not hear noise at night and we slept delicious, they left us to make us coffee in the morning and that I thank it infinitely, there was also a water purifier so that it was never missing, in the bathroom all the essentials to bathe and makeup removal, I give it a 10 of 10
