Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

Diese außergewöhnlich großzügige, neu sanierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit knapp 100 m² liegt ruhig und ist ideal für Messe- & Nürnberg-Besucher. 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großer Wohn-/Essbereich und privatem Garten bieten viel Platz - auch für Familien. Für Gäste mit Auto stehen 2 überdachte Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Die Messe ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung sehr nah am S-Bahnhof, sodass die Nürnberger Innenstadt schnell und ohne Parkplatzsuche erreichen.

Die Wohnung verfügt insgesamt über 4 -6 Schlafplätze und 2 Badezimmer mit WC, 1 großen Balkon und einem großzügigen Wohn-und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus. Wir freuen uns auf unsere Gäste und sind für Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit offen.

Ruhig und unweit des Funparks gelegene Souterrainwohnung mit charmanter Terrasse. Unsere 50m2 Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 2/3 Kinder oder max. 3 Erwachsene. Ausgestattet ist das Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Boxspringbett und im Wohn-/Essbereich befindet sich noch eine Schlafcouch (1,20mx2,0m). Das Haus wurde neu gebaut und befindet sich am Rande eines kleinen Waldes. Der Funpark ist fußläufig in 5mins erreichbar, Supermärkte erreicht man mit dem Auto in 5 mins.

You live in this stylish apartment in a central location (Nuremberg, St. Sebald). The apartment has its own bedroom, a sofa bed in the living area and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is certainly the terrace with a view of the inner courtyard. Location You are in the middle of the old town and yet in a quiet side street. The apartment is easy to reach by car and public transport. In a few minutes you are directly at the main market and all the important sights.

The apartment is very central – in a short time you can reach Nuremberg, Fürth or Erlangen. The subway station is about 200 m away. The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms. In the living room (with projector) and in the bedroom (with TV) you can relax and watch TV ☺️ Since I live in the apartment myself, there are personal items in cabinets, drawers, on the walls. However, I will set up enough free compartments for you - I hope that is okay with you 😊
