Monthly Rentals in Stinesville

This home was truly a beautiful place to stay for our mother/daughter getaway. Just what my daughter needed! The grounds are peaceful and serene. We appreciated the nature, deer, chickens, frogs and pond. The weather even cooperated for our Easter breakfast on the deck! The home was as described...comfortable beds, clean and clutter free. The decor was very inviting. Cindy was wonderful to work with and responsive. We enjoyed our visit from Gracie who went hiking with us. Would definitely love to come back and visit... 5+stars!

I absolutely love staying at Vicki's. I try to get to the area every month or so, and if Vicki's place isn't available, I'll wait! Wonderful, peaceful spot within walking distance to downtown and beautiful Hillside Drive, which are two of my favorite things to do. Twenty-four hour grocery down the block and a five minute drive to the state park. I'll be competing with all of you for a reservation!

Giovanna’s home was everything and more. It’s incredibly peaceful neighborhood and it has everything you need to feel right at home. Giovanna was quick and thorough in her responses. We can’t wait to stay there again, hopefully for a longer time.Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Summer Kitchen at The Hill. Comfortable and convenient. The town of Spencer is a hidden gem—it was great to take in historic houses and spring flowers on the pleasant walk to the downtown square. The Hill is a particularly interesting place to stay—fun to read more about the history of the place and the current owners' (our hosts') efforts to give it new life!
