We welcome our guests to come enjoy our cozy spot in the hill country with the convenience of staying only 15 mins from Main Street in Fredericksburg. **Guests are permitted to walk the road starting at the cattle guard entrance and ending at The Lagniappe Lodge. (The LL has a big rock sign out front.) Do not walk past the Lagniappe Lodge.**

Cute 1/1 cottage just a few mins from main street and close to lots of hill country wine. The cottage porch backs up to our acreage with donkeys, alpaca, and sheep who will greet you in the peaceful setting while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Relax in the private hot tub & enjoy the fire pit under clear star filled skys. Cook in the full kitchen, or enjoy some of Frederickburg's many delicious restaurants, just three miles from the front door.
