Vacation rentals with a firepit in Stratford

Lovely large home. Amenities are great. Close to UPEI and not far from Downtown.

My family and I stayed at Joey’s place for a one week vacation in PEI. The place was great. It was clean, spacious, tastefully appointed and well located - being a very short drive from some great beaches and about a 25 minute drive to Charlottetown. The kitchen was great and had all of the utensils and amenities you would want to be able to cook some meals (which we did). Check-in was easy through keyless lock and Joey was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. In brief I would recommend this place to anyone and would very happily stay here again the next time I’m in PEI.

Tastefully & beautifully decorated 2 bedroom / 2 full bath home & ideal peaceful, quiet location. This AirBnB completely suited our needs throughout our 7 night stay. The home owners thought of so many “extras” that their guests would appreciate & value. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed & so “at home”. They were helpful & very responsive when we had a few questions. After exploring breathtaking PEI’s cliffs, beaches & lighthouses, we looked forward to & so enjoyed relaxing in their delightful open concept kitchen / great room, on their outdoor covered 2nd floor deck, both their front decks & sitting around their outdoor firepit surrounded by nature. We appreciated their welcoming professional brochure that greeted us upon arrival. It contained a lot of helpful information about their home & the area. It gives us great pride to highly recommend their home to our family & friends. If we’re able to return to PEI, we would definitely enjoy staying at their home again.

Gena’s place was so great we made so many memories and the kids loved it. Great beach close by, awesome yard space for outdoor games and hot tub was amazing. Obviously basketball net and the slide were a hit. Mosquitoes are no worse than any other place on PEI. Light a coil bring some thermacells and you’re fine. Gena is very accommodating and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. Will be back!

Great place to stay, close to everything and very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Carly's place 5 star all the way. The location is very private and peaceful the house was beautiful with a wonderful water view. the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms well equipped and clean. Our puppy Scotty loved the outdoor space he felt right at home. We would highly recommend Steve and Carly's home and would gladly stay again.

The stay at Rebecca’s was excellent. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and fully stocked with everything you could need. Perfect place for a low-key family weekend. Highly recommend!

Definitely have to have a car here. House was centrally located on the island. 30 minutes to Charlottetown. 20 minutes from airport. Several great golf courses within 20-40 minute drive. River view from the patio. Access to the Confederation Trail at various locations within 30-40 minute drive. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed our coffee on deck n the morning and wine in the evening. Bedrooms and bathroom on second floor.

A cozy location on a peaceful, quiet street. It’s walking distance to downtown Charlottetown. Amanda is responsive and helpful. I struggled with the key lock to the door directly into the apartment which will likely be addressed for the next visitor. I recommend Amanda’s apartment

We enjoyed the space and the bathroom was recently remodeled and very nice.

We had an enjoyable stay. Wade was proactive with anticipating our needs and provided fast responses when we had questions. The place was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. The care Wade put into maintaining the space was well appreciated. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting PEI!

HIGHLY recommend Blain & Sharon’s place to stay if you’re visiting! Beautiful scenery, bright and spacious living area, controlled heating in each bedroom, super clean and well accommodated with washer/dryer, small bathroom amenities, and Keurig. We were in town for a short period, going to a festival in Cavendish, I wish we could’ve had more time to spend at this Airbnb! Will definitely be returning!! The drive to Cavendish is about 30min, but well worth it to come home to such a peaceful place. Thank you very much Blain & Sharon for being such amazing hosts!

My wife and I were so impressed with all aspects of the apartment, as well as how helpful Magdelana was in getting us settled. The furnishings are beautiful - especially the bed and shower - unbelievable comfortable and refreshing! This is without a doubt the best of 35 Airbnb stays we have experienced. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fabulous location! Ask about how to do the walk to get to the beach area close by. Its a great place to walk out during low tide with the Confederation Bridge in the background 👌. There is also steep stairs right across the road, infront of the cottage, that will bring you down to another area by the water. Place was clean and tidy.

It was a great experience to stay at Kara’s house. The house was really clean and was a perfect place to stay for a family with a child. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed to have a walk in the area to see the ocean, as well as just sitting outside. Kara was really responsive and helpful. Thank you Kara for your hospitality!!

PEI is absolutely beautiful! This was our first time visiting but definitely not our last. We spent 4 days here exploring as much as we could Having this cozy cottage to call home at the end of our day was so perfect! we got to un wind by the campfire with a couple drinks each night as we watched the stars. It was so peaceful . The cottage had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed! Shawn was very responsive to messages and we were lucky enough to get to meet him too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Shawn for opening your cottage to us as we celebrated our 10 year anniversary!

There aren’t words to describe how perfect our week was at Cara & Jeff’s! The house is so cute with all the amenities (and comfy beds!) that you could need. The pictures don’t do the views justice! The beach was perfect, hardly ever saw another person on the beach. The house was so ideal for a fall getaway with our dog who absolutely LOVED the property & the beach! I also ran into Jeff on one of my morning walks and he couldn’t have been sweeter! I cannot recommend this place enough and we will 100% be back!!

Aundrea was an amazing host. She helped us whatever we need. And place was amazing for us. It was clean, tidy and useful. Highly recommended.

This cottage is all you need for a great PEI vacation. it's located on the water with swimming a short walk up the shore to sandy beach. the beds and pillows were really comfortable and there were fans for the hottest days but generally there is a wonderful ocean breeze! lots of privacy, trees and lts of cool lawn added shade. the furniture was clean and comfy, with two TV's. I used one for a monitor to complete some work. there a nice new fridge and the kitchen utensils ate fresh and good quality. The BBQ is first rate! The bathroom is clean and convenient. lots of towels provided. really good value here. We would recommend this cottage to 4 people looking for a get away!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jeff and KL’s place. My family of four, including kids 6 and 9, stayed for a week. The home was the perfect size for us. The large outdoor porch provided a dining and sitting area. The large private yard provided great space for the kids to run around, use the basketball goal and play with some of the yard games provided by the hosts. Inside, the house was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and beds and furniture were comfortable. There were plenty of drawers and hangers and hosts provided high quality kitchenware. The location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the tidal beach on the Cardigan river, where we enjoyed swimming and digging for snails when the tide was low. The hosts also offered use of their kayaks which we enjoyed. We loved biking from the house along the Confederation trail to Cardigan and Georgetown. The eastern end of the island is quieter and offers a better experience than the touristy area near Cavendish.

Very cute cottage! Perfect for a weekend getaway. The place was spotless and very well decorated. Joanie was an awesome host. She gave very clear and detailed instructions, responded quickly, and even provided us with some great local recommendations that did not disappoint!
