Perfect space for a getaway for me and my wife. Cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Super cute space, cozy vibes. this space was perfect for a writing work retreat. perfect with a small office in the corner, a large dining room table to spread out my papers, and a comfy living room. the hot tub was a perfect treat after a long day of writing. the space was perfectly set up for guests, and yet you can tell that the owners use this space too. i personally love that, and makes me care for the space even more knowing that they opened it up to share with others.

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

It was a very comfortable stay. Close to a lot of hiking trails. Loved the area.

This cabin has been by far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Aaron was very helpful and communicated very clearly. The cabin was fully stocked with all necessary supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and trash bags. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The real gem was the outdoor patio, absolutely breathtaking views and very cozy. We are definitely looking forward to booking Aaron’s cabin again.

Sedona is a beautiful part of the country. Having this property to stay at was perfect for us. We opted to pay the extra $25 for the hot tub, and at the end of the day with some hiking and lots of activity that extra $25 was well worth it, we enjoyed sitting under the Stars in the hot tub. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

This was our second stay at Greg’s place and we hope to be back for a third. The location is great, you walk right outside and are on the trails. The casita is comfy and they offer a lot of amenities that other places don’t. The hot tub is also a plus after a long day of hiking. Great place to stay!

Great stay. We loved the cabin. Room for everyone to sleep, spread out, and relax. The cabin is in a rural area, which makes it a very relaxing quiet stay. Downtown Cottonwood right down Main Street as is Safeway and Dairy Queen. Sedona 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed what Cottonwood had to offer. Host communicated well, and messaged us immediately. Thank you!

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Sedona area. It is only minutes from some wineries, and has easy, quick access to either Sedona or down to Cottonwood for groceries. It has a more private feel being separate from the other buildings and the property is beautiful. Very welcoming and we felt right at home!

Lar's Adventure Studio was very comfortable and clean. Private parking and access with it's own little patio and fire pit are a bonus. Full kitchen was nice, while we didn't cook it was nice to have if you wanted to utilize it. We walked to the trailhead for Cathedral Rock. That's a bonus as we were there on the weekend and you have to utilize the shuttles. Bell Rock is 5 minutes or less by car. Chapel of the Holy Cross is super close. Lar's was super helpful with our questions about trails as this was our first trip to Sedona. I would definitely stay here again.

A few of my siblings and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and came upon this cabin. It was beautiful, the cabin was just as advertised. Clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We didn't have to go into town for anything. Caroline was super helpful and even made sure the fire nearby that was going on before our stay wasn't going to affect us. We definitely want to come back and make this cabin an annual siblings trip spot.

Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood at the base of some gorgeous red rocks in Oak Creek Village. Definitely worth it due to proximity to red rocks, hiking and the excellent Oak Creek Village restaurants. I'll likely choose this place again and avoid the traffic of going all the way in to Sedona. Great place and value.

The place had a quiet cute feel. Clean and safe! Had easy check in and parking!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, was well-stocked with kitchen tools & other household items. The rooms were all spacious with lots of storage. Beds were comfortable! Pool area was great. The view of the red rocks from the living room & patio was fantastic! The location was great too- quiet but just a short drive to uptown (traffic but we were there during spring break so it was expected!) & close to several trailheads. We'd definitely consider staying again if we visit Sedona!

Exceptional Service and a Tranquil Retreat This Sedona service apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The resort-like atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the unit itself was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We had a bit of a drama on the morning of our departure when we thought we had lost a wallet. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, allowing us back into the unit after checkout to search and even contacting the local sheriff on our behalf. We were so relieved when we eventually found the wallet tucked away in our car, and we can't thank the staff and their manager enough for their incredible patience and kindness during a stressful situation. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service, look no further!

You pay for the house and you get the entire farm for yourselves. Best deal ever. You don’t need to do anything. Just relax in this place, walk around, relax in jacuzzi, swim in the pool and listen to the pleasant sound of the stream right besides. We had the entire place for ourselves. A great place to just relax and disconnect from the chaotic life. The only downside was the initial checkin process where the host was unresponsive for a while. Human error and acceptable. I can let that pass by for the experience we got.

Our stay was amazing! This house was incredible, we love the views, and my kids loved the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi! Perfect central location to visit Sedona just 25 minutes from the house , private enough to enjoy our spring break vacations.

Ellen & Todd's place was even nicer than pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The door was a bit difficult at 1st, but if we had read the directions that were very clear and printed right on the door we wouldn't have had any issues. We hiked everyday, and came back to the condo to get something to eat. I'd highly recommend The Hudson if you don't mind driving, otherwise Butterfly Burger and Tortas Fuego were within walking distance and both very good! After dinner we walked to the hot tub, and then back for a good night's sleep. Oh, and I accidently broke the coffee carafe :( and Lauren was very accommodating in replacing it quickly for us. I would definitely return to Ellen & Todd's condo if/when we come back to Sedona.

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in this lovely condo near Sedona. The unit was very well-appointed and organized, with every kitchen item we could ever need, and then some! This location can't be beat. It's much calmer and quieter than Sedona proper while having everything you could need or want close by. Coffee shops, a grocery store, and several restaurants are all walkable. Communication and instructions from the host were top notch. Highly recommend!
